Gym or large classes not for you? I'll provide you and a friend/relative with bespoke sessions in your own home, to fit in perfectly with your life and time schedule. Your medical histories will be taken and fitness levels assessed - anyone can enjoy and benefit from At Home Pilates! I will tailor a personalised plan for you and your friend/relative to help both of you reach your goals. First session to be paid via bank transfer upon your booking. The remaining 3 sessions to be paid in full at your first appointment, thank you.
