My Story
I have lived in St Albans for over 25 years and have 2 grown up children. I love family time with my children, my partner here in St Albans and my relatives in Kent. I luckily have a wide circle of friends and love socialising. I enjoy meeting new people and would like to think I am a friendly and approachable person.

I personally struggled with my weight in my early twenties, when I was nursing, but through exercise and a change of diet I gradually lost the excess pounds and gained fitness and confidence.
I love encouraging others to discover the advantages of incorporating regular exercise into their daily lives.
Working with you
I have learnt through my time as a personal trainer to always ascertain the clients aims in order to set goals. If the gym or large classes are not for you, I can provide you with bespoke sessions in your home to fit in with your life and time schedule. As a client of mine, a history will be taken and your fitness level assessed. Any injuries that you have, whether short term or chronic, will be noted and discussed together with your fitness aims and goals. The sessions can be on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis. I will tailor a personalised plan for you or you and a friend. The focus is to help you, the client, reach your goals.
My Passions
I really enjoy being active. I go to the gym regularly, not only to teach classes but to exercise and of course, catch up with friends!
I teach a volunteer chair exercise class at a care home in St Albans, I love my hour there with the residents. It is a rewarding time each week encouraging older less abled people to enjoy exercise from their armchairs.
A regular pastime of mine is walking. I love nothing more than a stroll in the sunshine around Verulamium park.
