Your medical history will be taken and your fitness level assessed - anyone can enjoy and benefit from At Home Pilates! I will tailor a personalised plan for you to help you to reach your goals. First session to be paid via bank transfer upon your booking. The remaining 5 sessions to be paid in full at your first appointment, thank you.
